Executive Team

Amanda Baldwin has been our Chief Executive Officer since December 2023.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Amanda served as Chief Executive Officer of Supergoop LLC, the leading SPF skincare brand, since July 2016. Prior to joining Supergoop!, Amanda served as a Senior Vice President at L Catterton, a global consumer-focused investment fund, collaborating with management teams across the portfolio with a particular focus on the beauty sector. She previously led the omnichannel marketing strategy of Dior Beauty at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and held several positions at Clinique, a part of The Estée Lauder Companies. Amanda currently serves on the board of directors of Ibotta, Inc and KIPP NYC. Amanda earned an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a A.B. from Harvard University.

Eric Tiziani has been our Chief Financial Officer since June 2021 and has served as Chief Financial Officer ofOLAPLEX Holdings, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Mr. Tiziani served as a finance leader for over 21 years at Unilever, a global consumer products company, where he held 11 roles in four countries. Mr. Tiziani has extensive expertise in finance leadership roles, M&A and the beauty industry. Mr. Tiziani served as Chief Financial Officer of Unilever North America from 2018 to 2021, Vice President Finance Unilever Global Beauty & Personal Care and Global R&D in London from 2016 to 2018, Vice President Finance Global Mergers & Acquisitions in London from 2013 to 2016 and Vice President Finance Unilever Canada in Toronto from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Tiziani earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.

John Duffy has been our General Counsel since April 2022.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, John served as the senior corporate attorney at Tiffany & Co., where he provided legal advice on various corporate, transactional, governance, sustainability, financing and other matters. John joined Tiffany & Co. in 2014, and advanced through positions of increasing management responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President - Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Real Estate. Prior to Tiffany & Co., John was an attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he practiced corporate, transactional and securities law from 2009 to 2014. John earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

Trisha Fox joined OLAPLEX in the role of Chief People Officer in May 2023.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Trisha was Chief Human Resources Officer for Whole Earth Brands, where she provided strategic and operational human resources leadership for the company after IPO.  Previous to that Trisha was Chief Human Resources Officer for Viad Corp., where she led a global human resources function focused on organizational design, capability building, leadership development, pay for performance and HR operations.  Earlier in her career, Trisha held key human resources leadership roles at PepsiCo, Fifth third Bank, Dean Foods, and Shell Oil Company.  Trisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University. 

Stuart Leitch has been our Chief Revenue Officer since February 2024. Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Stuart was an Executive in Residence at New Theory Ventures, an evergreen venture fund focused on funding women and diverse founders, as well as CEO of GS Beauty LLC, a New Theory funded makeup venture with Gwen Stefani. Prior to New Theory Ventures, Stuart spent over a decade at L’Oreal, holding several successful leadership positions in North America, within the Luxury and Active Cosmetics divisions, and notably as President of Lancôme, L’Oréal’s flagship Luxury brand. Prior to L’Oreal, Stuart held Marketing and Business Development leadership roles in the UK and US at Dermalogica, the iconic professional skincare brand. Stuart currently serves on the board of directors of Sente Labs, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch.
