Executive Team

Amanda Baldwin has been our Chief Executive Officer since December 2023.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Amanda served as Chief Executive Officer of Supergoop LLC, the leading SPF skincare brand, since July 2016. Prior to joining Supergoop!, Amanda served as a Senior Vice President at L Catterton, a global consumer-focused investment fund, collaborating with management teams across the portfolio with a particular focus on the beauty sector. She previously led the omnichannel marketing strategy of Dior Beauty at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and held several positions at Clinique, a part of The Estée Lauder Companies. Amanda currently serves on the board of directors of Ibotta, Inc and KIPP NYC. Amanda earned an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a A.B. from Harvard University.

Catherine Dunleavy is the former President of the travel lifestyle brand Away. She joined Away as Chief Financial Officer in 2020 after three years at Nike, most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Global Operations, Technology and Vice President, Strategic Investments. Prior to joining Nike, she spent 16 years at Comcast and NBCUniversal, where she served in numerous roles, including Chief Financial Officer of the Cable Entertainment Group and Executive Vice President, Content Distribution. She began her career at General Electric. She serves on the board of TEGNA (NYSE: TGNA).

John Duffy has been our General Counsel since April 2022.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, John served as the senior corporate attorney at Tiffany & Co., where he provided legal advice on various corporate, transactional, governance, sustainability, financing and other matters. John joined Tiffany & Co. in 2014, and advanced through positions of increasing management responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President - Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Real Estate. Prior to Tiffany & Co., John was an attorney at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he practiced corporate, transactional and securities law from 2009 to 2014. John earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

Trisha Fox joined OLAPLEX in the role of Chief People Officer in May 2023.  Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Trisha was Chief Human Resources Officer for Whole Earth Brands, where she provided strategic and operational human resources leadership for the company after IPO.  Previous to that Trisha was Chief Human Resources Officer for Viad Corp., where she led a global human resources function focused on organizational design, capability building, leadership development, pay for performance and HR operations.  Earlier in her career, Trisha held key human resources leadership roles at PepsiCo, Fifth third Bank, Dean Foods, and Shell Oil Company.  Trisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University. 

Katie Gohman has been our Chief Marketing Officer since July 2024. Prior to joining OLAPLEX, Katie served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Marc Jacobs, a renowned American global fashion brand. In this role, she reported directly to the global CEO and oversaw the strategic and creative vision for the brand. Prior to Marc Jacobs, Katie served as SVP of Global Marketing and Operations at Ralph Lauren. She previously served as the VP of Global Marketing at Coach and spent the first half of her career at L’Oréal, where she held senior marketing roles for various company brands, including Lancôme, Clarisonic, and Kiehl’s.
